Arrived in the Philippines

Hi everyone,

I arrived in the Philippines November 30th. I have been here for almost a week now. There are soooo many people now in this country. When I left in 1983 there were only 40 million people now there are almost 85 million people.

At any rate my purpose is not only to conduct business but do ministry as much as I can. I am now involved in a local church in Bulacan. Our schedule is as follows: Fridays - Bible Study ( I am not leading out yet a local young Pastor is leading out) Saturdays - we feed squatters under a bridge. Sundays - Church services. I will also be joining the Smokey Mountain ministry soon. Especially this Christmas, there are lots of requests for childrens and girls clothes and pants sizes 1 and up. Also canned goods and donations of used cell phones or computers will help especially old laptop computers. If you want to help just tell the congregatio to bring clothes and kind donations to church and then send them in a Balikbayan Box. I will provide you with the address of you email me at [e-mail] - I will be taking video footages and uploading them for your viewing once I get my permanent base with a high speed connection set up.
